QUOTATION CLERK IN SOUTH AFRICA

A minimum of 5 years Mechanical / Technical experience in a workshop Truck workshop quotation experience will be an added advantage Must have technical knowledge of trailers, Trucks and Bakkies Good telephone etiquette and ability to handle pressure Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers Strong Excel background The applicant should be an independent worker, self-motivated and able to work under pressure without any supervision Willingness to work overtime when required A Logistics company is looking for a Quotation Clerk to start immediately. The salary is negotiable depending on experience. The applicant will be creating Quotations on the in-house system Correct costing of jobs Manual Quotations on Excel Ensure that the order number is obtained from the client Strictly adhere to timelines on issuing of Quotations to customers Facilitate timely responses to customer requests and quote turn-around times which meet or exceed company standards Please only send your CV if you have the correct experience
