Quantity Surveyor Negotiable / Market Related   Nelspruit Permanent Minimum Requirements 3 – 5 years’ experience in contract administration Knowledge of FIDIC & NEC National Diploma in Quantity Surveying OR Degree in Quantity Surveying Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for making sure the contract stays within budget; Prepare project cash-flow forecasts and update periodically; Monthly payment certificates to the client Prepare subcontractor scope of work and pricing preambles for subcontractor tender; Enquiry packages, validate subcontractors payments, maintain subcontractor invoice registers; Review and evaluate claims and additional work orders (change orders); Final accounts with subcontractors; Final accounts with clients; Monthly reports to QS Manager; Measure progress and find measurements   Please send an updated CV and most recent payslip to Contact: AtripleA Recruitment and Temps Tel: 082  Fax: 086
