QR OPERATIONS TRAINING SUPERVISOR IN SOUTH AFRICA
Project Manage L&D initiatives and other ad hoc projects: · Plan, design and develop training interventions related to ad hoc Operations projects as implemented by business · Obtain approval for training interventions from business and L&D Manager · Allocate resources to ad hoc projects to ensure the design, development and delivery of project based solutions within the required timeframes · Monitor the progress of project based training interventions to ensure successful design, development and delivery to business · Assess and review implemented solutions and make recommendations for remedial actions where necessary · Ensure the implementation of assessments for all project based training interventions · Provide feedback on assessment results for project based interventions to business and the L&D Manager Requirements: · Grade 12 or equivalent · National Diploma, First Degree or equivalent qualification in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Development, ODETD Practices · Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate environment · Experience in managing a team of operational trainers · Proficient in Microsoft Office suite · Working knowledge of adult learning principles and practices
