WATERMELON "CRIMSON SWEET" - CITRULLUS LANATUS Watermelon crimson sweet has sweet, firm and fine textured flesh which is dark red in colour. The fruits weigh 7-10 kg. Resistant to fusarium wilt. Sow watermelon seeds at a temperature of 20-25 Celsius, in good seed compost into small plant grow bags (SEE OUR Plant Growing Bags), 2 seeds per bag, about 2 cm deep. Sow Spring - Summer After the first true leaves have developed plant the watermelon into bigger pots before planting out.Water regularly and feed with liquid fertilizer, every 10-14 days.
