One bedroom available in a 6-bedroom house situated just off Main Road, Rondebosch (behind the Hussar Grill). Will be sharing with four other lovely students and two equally lovely cats, as well as upstairs neighbours. The house is fully furnished with a large kitchen, living area and small back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The room has a back door leading to the garden, BIC and shelves on the wall for extra storage. Unfortunately the bedrooms aren't fully furnished, but we can arrange a bed, desk and chair. The house is very central and close to all shops and amenities as well as UCT middle and upper campus and Tugwell Jammie stop. Rent is R/month, including water and rates. We also have uncapped internet, which is an extra R152 per month (please, no torrenting!). Electricity generally comes to R250/month each, but this varies depending on how power-conscious we are.
