Flat is to be shared for a working male. A very neat, kind and diligent individual. Secure undercover parking included. There is a security guard at night that patrols the premises. There is very efficient security measures in place with high gates and walls and electric fencing. Electricity and wifi not included. The Wifi and electricity is determined based on the usage of the tenants per months and is then divided. Electricity is usually around 300-500, depending on what you do.
