        VINTAGE ENGLISH CHESTER STYLE SAPPHIIRE 9CT GOLD RING This vintage English piece is simple and understated. There are three small round-cut very dark blue sapphires set into the 9ct yellow gold band of gold that widens on the ring head section and is ever so slightly curved to sit comfortably on the finger. The design is "chester" design with star-like deep set engravings set into the gold around the sapphires. It bears the hallmarks of English gold, the jeweller signature, the assay mark of Birmingham and the date mark. The design is actually a throw-back to a particularly popular style of England's Victorian era. However - the date mark shows that it was actually created in 1989. It is a simple delicate ring although at 2,22 grams, has a bit of substance to it. The ring is a continuous band all the way round, 6 mm on top of the ring head and 2 mm at the back of the shank. Beautiful vintage Italian micro mosaic and hand painted porcelain portrait brooches for 1 bid. This lot consists of: Beautiful vintage Italian micro mosaic brooch. I would estimate that the brooch dates to the 1920/30s. The brooch is round with a floral design in the centre and edging. The micro tiles are set in a silver plate setting. The brooch measures 2,5cm in diameter. It is in good condition - no tiles missing but the pin hook is missing. Lovely hand painted porcelain portrait brooch. This lovely hand painted portrait brooch would date to about 1900. The brooch is round, and the portrait is of a Victorian lady's head. It is set in a metal setting, and measures 3,3cm in diameter.
