Experienced in the design, installation and operation of enterprise server and storage systems and networks. Good understanding of applicable IT Governance and Quality Assurance systems. IT Infrastructure Design and Management Define new and improved IT system specifications where these are needed to meet the growing operational requirements of the organisation; Schedule the inclusion of infrastructure upgrade requirements into the company IT Development Road Map and budget update cycle; Plan and manage the procurement and deployment of any additions or upgrades to the core IT infrastructure systems; Operational Support Assist IT system engineers and desktop support staff with problem resolution at a third tier support level; Review IT policies and procedures and deliver appropriate advice regarding essential amendments and improvements; Implement complex changes or upgrades on existing core IT infrastructure components and systems.
