A terrific opportunity exists for an experienced Team Leader to manage a portfolio of stores within our group. This position will be responsible for preparing store layouts in line with approved concept. Store design & development. Responsibilities: Manage & Lead a portfolio of Store Designs Manage the drawing time lines as well as briefing internal CAD Operators and external Design Houses. Controlling drawing standards from drawing packs to standard details, Ensuring that standards are adequately recorded, communicated and filed on the data base. Setting up and leading Store Design meetings with the Brands  Preparing minutes of of meetings. Undertake site inspections as well as conclude surveys. Meet with Brands to obtain sign off on all store layouts. Involve preparing sketch layouts and completing drawing packs on Autocad. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years Space Planning and Team Leader experience. Must have managed CAD Operators and external Design houses. Must be proficient in Autocad Able to undertake site inspections as well as conclude surveys is essential Experience with Sketch up, Photoshop and Revit would be an advantage. Preference will be given to someone with experience with the Retail store design sector. Proven track record within the Design sector or related field. Excellent planning ability Able to present and lead meetings Space planning ability Understanding & Experience in lighting, construction of shopfronts and furniture.
