The original genuine leather camera case is included and is embossed with "Olympus Pen". It is nicely road worn but is in surprising good condition considering its age, no tears in the leather or lining and YKK zip still perfect. The lens looks just about perfect, just some very minor dust specks, the aperture opens and closes. The film winder works and the shutter fires. There is some slight dust/haze in the viewfinder but it's still perfectly useable The lightmeter appears to be working becuase if there is insufficient light and/or you change the film speed the red flag will pop-up in the view finder and it won't fire.
