Leica V-LUX 2 Digital Camera 24x Optical Zoom - 14.1 Megapixels COMES WITH NECK STRAP, BATTERY, CHARGER   The V-LUX 2 Digital Camera from Leica is an advanced digital camera with a 24x optical zoom lens. Its extremely versatile zoom range -- 25 to 600mm in 35mm terms -- makes the camera a great option for travel. It is capable of recording 14.1MP images in JPG or RAW format, and can also capture 1080i HD video in the AVCHD format. You'll have the option of framing images via a 3" articulating LCD screen or at eye-level via an electronic viewfinder (EVF). The LCD features a 460,000 pixel resolution, and can be twisted and turned in almost any direction. The camera can record images in 14.1MP resolution using its Leica DC Vario-Elmarit 4.5-108mm f/2.8-5.2 ASPH lens. Fast enough for low-light use at the wide end, the camera features a built-in flash for those times when some extra light is necessary to get your shot. The camera supports ISO ranges from 80 to 1600 and shutter speeds from 1 minute to 1/2000 of a second. The V-LUX 2 is capable of shooting burst images at 11fps at full resolution. If that isn't fast enough for you, the capture can be set to capture 2.8MP images at a stunning 60fps. And, of course, it is also capable of 1080i AVCHD video capture, complete with sound.

see list of items included after description) Description: There is a very good reason every photo teacher demanded the K be used in their classes: because the K is an extraordinary camera that forces you to think about your picture instead of your camera. Exactly like Apple, simplicity is the K's greatest strength. All the irrelevant foolishness that chokes fancier cameras, and especially digital cameras, never gets in the way of a great picture with the K. While DSLR shooters are standing there cursing at their cameras when they can't figure out why it won't take the picture when they press the shutter, the K just keeps shooting. The Pentax K is a 35mm SLR. It is completely mechanical and needs no battery to run, except for one tiny A76 cell to run its light meter. Unlike the "automated" digital nonsense with which too many people burden themselves, the K has only three shooting controls: aperture, shutter speed and focus. (You also set the film speed when you load it.) The"manual" K lets us take great pictures with only three controls, while fully automatic cameras of today have hundreds of controls that need to be set. Not only does the Pentax K only have three controls, it even tells us exactly how to set each of these controls all by itself! The rangefinder is built into the viewfinder. Speeds of on the slow shutter speed selection dial B, 30-X, on the main shutter speed selection dial (rotating) The shutter speed seems slow on 500 and but the curtain is in excellent condition but will most likely require   a CLA to get all the speeds fully operational again. Some slight oxidization on the metal around the eyepiece, due to oils being left after use The 50mm Yashinon 1.8 lens is in general good condition, some cleaning marks on the front element No fungus and no haze with smooth movements from the aperture and focus. The Komura 105mm 3.5 lens is also in good condition, some cleaning marks on the front element No fungus and no haze with smooth movements from the aperture and focus.   This beautiful camera is the result of the collaboration between Minolta and Leica. Unknown to many, Minolta had a hand in the design of the Leica "R" series of cameras, and built the R3, R 4, and R 5 Leicas in Japan before production moved to Germany. The Leica influence is noticeable in the sleek, robust design and excellent electronic suite.  As opposed to many cameras, the Minolta, when on "Automatic" mode allows for aperture priority, so you control the depth of field while the camera controls the shutter speed. This feature is vital in creating the perfect picture. Cameras that do the opposite often leave you feeling cheated as everything barring the subject is often out of focus.   This particular XG-M is in excellent condition, and has been very little used.  This camera has not had more than fifty rolls of film through it, and has not been used for more than twelve hours, so condition is far above the average. It is so new that it still has the protective plastic film on the base. The ground-breaking lens is in as good a condition as the camera. I remember when I first got this amazing camera, and later the excitement when I managed to get this incredible lens which made photography so much quicker and easier. That excitement was only matched when I bought the Vivitar Series 1 lenses a few years later. (These are also available.
