Participate in on-call after-hours support rotation, responding to support calls after hours/weekends/holidays/shutdowns Update system and process documentation and user guides as needed diagrams and SOPs as needed Maintain Configuration DB with all Server Infrastructure components. Completes Service Request tickets for server based technical issues. Design and Administer Windows systems running Windows MS Server (2012 and later) Manages all servers including performance tuning, capacity planning, and policy creation. Installs new software and system upgrades including evaluation and installation of all software patches Actively monitor all company servers.
