This role is on a contractual basis, you will not be permanently employed. You will work from home, in your own time, and you’ll report directly to the company director. The first phase of the project will be the refactoring of the software to a TDD solution. If we are happy with your work we’ll move to the second phase where you’ll take over the development department and build your own development team.
