Roly Stud Pony Camp Date: 6th April - 10th April Time: 9am -4pm. Age: 5yrs - 14yrs.Cost: R320 per day includes lunch and refreshments. This pony is only for sale to a good home. My kids have sadly lost interest in riding and due to school priorities we struggle to get time to ride. My instructor also got too busy with her own son also showing and with a new horse too. So lack of instructor is also a problem for me.   The pony’s name is Dominique -  a very well know SANESA/WP showing pony in WP. The previous owner has showed and competed in many disciplines with her and got WP colours time and again. It was a very sad day for them when we collected her as we promised her a forever home? It was a very hard and sad decision for me when I realised that my kids have lost interest. I have searched for many months for this super talented pony and I know she is a good one! We unfortunately did not get to the showing part? She has not been in work for the past 6-7 months. Come and learn to ride or to improve your riding. We ride twice a day, groom, clean tack and stables, learn all about keeping a horse. Time to play and relax. Come for a three day sleepover or just for a day. We are on a large horse farm near Muldersdrift/Lion Park. Three day sleepover costs R800, or R250 per day. I need help, I have been sick to the core all day, the lady that lives next to me, does all the horse rescue, she had our Rescue Pony Midnight for 3 years also. She takes in all the old racehorses that they want to put down and she gives them an amazing retirement. An unknown man seen wearing a white long coat entered the paddocks yesterday and attacked and chased her horses. Many of them have injuries as they tried to jump fences to get away, but Poopy the Pony who is just over a year fell so hard on his face into a steel bar and his face is broken. The bones in his face are cracked and he needs urgent surgery. He is at a vet in Franschoek and the bill is going to enormous, but we all feel that he is just too young and special to not have the surgery. He is in unspeakable pain. Spend FIVE DAYS on a real horse farm in the heart of the Elandsdrift country side! This camp will have a Christmas theme with a fancy dress on the last day! Campers will get to ride daily, groom their ponies, feed ponies, swim in the dam, go on trail rides and much more. Camp runs from Monday 8th to Friday 12th December Campers need to be aged 6 to 16 years to attend and must be 8 years and older to sleep over. No riding experience is needed, Booking is essential. This little mare has done so much for her (nervous) rider that has sadly outgrown her! She adapts and looks after her rider! She is easy & very willing under the saddle and loves jumping. She has jumped up to 60cm at home but will be able to go a bit higher. She has been to the last SANESA show and brought home a 1st in equitation & a 3rd in show jumping. She is a super all rounder & loves hacking out too! Savannah is a lovely first or second pony with no vices - boxes easily and stands for vet, farrier & dentist. Her passport is up to date.
