The item is in an excellent condition, approximately 2-3 years old. The item consists of a desk with a shelf, cupboard with shelving and hanging space, clothing drawer under the cupboard, chest of drawers in the form of stairs, pull-out drawers by desk and single-sized bed on top. Currently set up with stairs on right side. It is possible to re-orient the bed and stairs so that the stairs are on the left but this will require modification and the result may not look as good. Note that the stairs are not fixed against the rest of the unit.
