'Oppiekoppie' is situated in Kleinbaai, approximately 180km from Cape Town along the East Coast (40km from Hermanus and just beyond Gansbaai). The house is situated along the coast with uninterrupted views of Kleinbaai harbour and the Indian Ocean. The house has a stoep/deck on all sides making for ease & comfort on windy days.
