Great for postgrad students, young professionals, nature lovers, creative people, just someone who loves the idea of community. (best suited for age-group: 23-45yrs). The house is very central and close to all shops and amenities as well as UCT middle and upper campus and Tugwell Jammie stop. Rent is R/month, including water and rates. We also have uncapped internet, which is an extra R152 per month (please, no torrenting!). Electricity generally comes to R250/month each, but this varies depending on how power-conscious we are.
