Is there anyone keen to take care of 2 of my precious cats Luca (ginger neuter) and Luna (spayed black female) for an approximate 6 months while my older cat is sickly? He does not like the 2 new comers and I feel they add to the daily stress of his illness. I will willingly pay for their food and vet bills/flea treatments etc while they are in your care. Good morning everyone! So time has come for me to start urgently looking homes for my foster babies – they are 7 / 8 weeks old now and ready to go to a new, forever home. They have all been dewormed twice – but the innoculations need to be done by the new owners. Teddy bear is the gorgeous tabby male, with the BIGGEST appetite and personality – real little charmer lover boy. He is 8 weeks old.... Biscuit is my little ginger man with splash of white on him, and little white feet. He’s more a laid back boy than Teddy Bear – eat his meal, have a good game of beating on his sister Angel, and then find somewhere comfy, like a lap to curl up whilst he purrs your ears off ! He is 7 weeks old. Angel is my Tabby Tortie girl who is just the little princess of the lot. She is Biscuits brother and I would LOVE to see them go together but know this isn’t always possible. She is a very curious little girl always exploring, but very quick to return to her safe bedroom if she’s spooked by anything…. She is also 7 weeks old. They have been hand reared by me since they were around 2 – 3 weeks old and had no little teethies! They all quite comfortably eat Pamper kitten tin, and whiskers kitten pellets at the moment, as well as use the litter box like good children should I have hand reared them assisting Phoenix animal care & treatment a non profit organisation – so there is a small adoption fee – and STRICT (but not tooooo strict, but strict!) home check that will apply to any potential home for these little guys – they are part of my furry family, and I want nothing but the best for them. Then finally – also looking for a home is Little Bat he is around 8 – 9 weeks old, eating like a monster, and also a tabby & white little male! I have 5 gorgeous foster kittens from various backgrounds, some dumped in the rubbish dump at a few weeks old, to owners who let their cats breed then hand them over to the vet to put down because they have had kittens... We urgently seek a foster home for our 2 puppies (chow cross). They are 6 months old, brother and sister pair. We moved from Jhb 2 months ago and dont have jobs at the moment and cannot take care of them where we live now. We seek someone who will put them up for us temporarily for 6 months max until we can sort ourselves out. I dont want to leave them at the SPCA to get adopted as we love them too much and want them back after a few months. Hi there, The Package includes the following: 1x Young Siamese fighting fish female (with receipt) 1x Adult Siamese fighting fish crown tail male (with receipt) 1x Adult Siamese fighting fish female 1x food flakes basic 20g (with receipt) 1x water pro aqua bacteria 150 ml (with receipt) 1x Water declorinator 150ml (with receipt) 1x net twisted handle (with receipt) 1x Used bloodworm pack (only used about 1 or 2 blocks) 1x bloodworm feeder (with box) I have placed water plants growing in there containers allowing extra oxygen. The two females are currently in coffee jars and the male is in a bit larger plastic container, they all have lids with holes in them to allow oxygen in. Breeding the adult male and female is possible, but i just don't have the time to breed them. Dinner time Bettas have upturned mouths and primarily feed on the water's surface. A good diet consists of dried bloodworms, brine shrimp or daphnia. Commercial betta food or pellets are best because it combines all three foods, in addition to vitamins and minerals. This improves the betta's brilliant coloring and longevity. It is a common misconception that peace lilies or plant roots grown out of "betta vases" can sustain the fish. Nothing could be farther than the truth! Bettas cannot survive on plant roots and need a diet high in protein and fiber to survive. Roommate? Bettas, unlike other species, are not schooling fish and will fight with each other, regardless of gender. Bettas prefer to swim alone and also need a comfortable place to hide. Aquatic caves or dense, planted corners work great in making a betta feel safe. Water Quality When cleaning a betta's tank or bowl, make sure you only take out a third of the water each time and replace it with fresh water. This will gently allow the fish to adjust to the temperature and pH of clean water - while not upsetting the biological balance of the fish's environment. This should be done about every three or four days for small bowls or tanks. If your water has a high level of chlorine in it, you may need to add a drop of declorinator to the tap water before adding it to the tank or bowl. And never use soap or disinfectants to clean off fish ornaments or decorations. This will harm the fish. Plain warm water will work just fine for cleaning these items. Shannon was rescued in Eerste River. She was abandoned and hanging around in somebody's garden who asked us to help so we took her into foster care. She is out of quarantine now and available for adoption. She is about 10 months old, has tested negative for feline aids and feline leukemia, was sterilized and vaccinated. The first few days in foster care, Shannon was very scared and unsure of what was happening but with time, lots of love and attention has come out of her shell beautifully. She has become very social and runs and plays with her foster brother a lot. She is extremely affectionate and like to cuddle on your chest and comes to look for attention. They are getting along with other dogs and cats and love all human interaction. Judging from Missy's splendid personality they will have the most awesome demeanor. Home visits and adoption applications apply. Luca has gorgeous longish silver soft hair. He cannot hide his puppy desire for cuddles and is a very affectionate boy. He is not over needy at all and loves to be in the outdoors. PETPALS DESPERATE PLEA!   This is an absolutely desperate plea to help us find Sailor and Ferdie a forever home. Sailor is a boy of just under a year old, he was rescued through PETPALS, and Ferdie is a girl of just over a year old, she was rescued through AWS, Helderberg. Both dogs are in foster care together, and have formed an extremely tight bond - they play, eat and sleep together. We therefore want to home them together, if possible. They are in a foster home with several other dogs, but they have chosen each other as soul mates for life. How sad if we had to separate them. They cannot stay in their foster home too much longer, and it will be heart wrenching to bring them back to a kennel environment after having spent several months in this amazing home. We beg you to share their plea and help us find them a home. A home with no small dogs, or young children would suit them well. Lupo is a gentle, composed and utterly squeezable puppy that will grow up to become a loyal companion that you can take anywhere due to his wonderful nature. Lupo realized early on that it is best to make friends with the feline companions in his foster home and from there on they have been quietly plotting to take over the world, side by side. Lupo is not a snappy or bite'y pup and takes everything in his stride without losing his composure.
