We also cater for important functions like weddings,parties,birthday parties,conferences,funerals,etc. Various sumptuous dishes such as: Lamb,Chicken,Fish and Vegetables can be prepared as curries,briyanis or grills. Pastas,Macaroni and Spaghetti with items that you prefer,eg mince,cheese,beans,chicken and lamb chunks. All meals supplied are Halal. Vegetarian dishes are not prepared together with meat dishes. Baine Maries can be supplied to keep the meals hot. Large quantities can also be supplied in "undas" (large pots) if so required. Cutlery,plates,serving dishes,platters,tumblers,dessert bowls,salad bowls are also available upon request. We take pride in what we prepare with only the best quality of meat products,vegetables and spices in our meals. Meals can be supplied in pots or in polystyrene containers for each person. we are looking for students who are studying or planning on studying towards any hospitality, hotel management or other catering related qualification. Job description includes: - Learning how to make salads, finger foods, desserts etc. - Table setting  - waitering for corporate functions, weddings, birthdays and ceremonies Those who wish to apply for the above, should have at least completed matric.  Working hours are long depending on the time of each function. We only do functions Fridays and weekends. Persons should reside in Merebank, bluff or surrounding areas  Only those who are willing to learn will be considered.
