Purpose of the position: The Service Centre Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day service delivery run-efficiencies of ICT. The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills: A relevant tertiary qualification; A sound ICT background with at least 5 years relevant experience; Exposure to the management of service level agreements and 3rd party services; Strong people management skills; Strong administrative ability with a high attention to detail; Excellent written and oral communication skills.
