Original 1960's Easy Rider Stars and Stripes motorcycle helmet made by Arai. This is the real deal metal flake original, not one of the many cheap reproductions floating around everywhere. The visor is not the original, it was replaced at a later stage. Helmet displays great or use it for your Sunday runs on your Harley Davidson or classic bike. I have had this helmet in my collection since the 1980's and never used it but if you intend using it regularly you might want to restore the interior at some stage, closing mechanism works perfectly, exterior is in nice condition considering its age, colours are very bright and shiny. There are a few knicks and scratches but nothing that affects the overall very cool look of this helmet. Pictures are of the actual item up for auction. Year of manufacture 1974 Is a 6 seater with plenty of storage room at the back + 2 additional jump seats Mechanically everything works, it starts and drives fine. The vehicle is presented in authentic condition, which is another way of saying it has little in the way of comfort, not even a radio as that was not standard fitment at the time.
