The incumbent’ s primary function will be to lead, plan projects, prospecting, standby and travelling out of town.: Lead the Site based maintenance operation Assist to select; Train and Develop the Maintenance Teams Assist to interface with the customer on a daily basis. Assist to control and Manage the Maintenance Manpower, Materials and Equipment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Standard 10 (Grade 12) Certificate Qualified Artisan or Technician (Trade Tested) Planning Capability on Primavira and/or MS Projects Understanding of Technical Drawing; Mathematics; and Quality Control Systems EXPERIENCE 5 Years experience in a Supervisory/leadership role Experience in Power Plant systems e.g. Pressure Parts, Auxiliary plant, Mills; Gas Cleaning etc. Computer Literacy essential Valid Driver’s Licence Must be declared medically fit by the Occupational Health Centre Must be prepared to travel and work overtime Preference will be given to persons living in close proximity to the sites. Set monthly targets with Call Centre Manager. To report daily to Call Centre Manager on overall team performance against agreed target. Implement action plans identified in weekly team review meetings together with Call Centre Manager. 1. Manage day to day running of the team(all aspects) 2. Manage the performance of the agents – formal monthly / weekly reviews to be done and presented to management on a weekly basis, manage. 3. Manage Talk Time. 4. Manage attendance with the assistance from HR, maintain the Attendance register. 5. Maintain discipline within the team, Initiate Disciplinary Action with assistance from HR. 6.
