Totally central with Kloof Street & Long Street within walking distance & Camps Bay & Clifton Beaches 5 minutes away. It is a very arty, vibey area & Gardens Centre is also just a 5 minute walk. Ideally somebody between the ages of 30 - 40 in a secure job who is not a party animal. I work in the Production Industry & spend quite a bit of my time at home when I'm not working. Somebody who respects the communal space, & is neat & tidy. A sense of humour is always welcome as I am pretty chilled. You must like cats as I have 2 live in females. I unfortunately cannot take a flatmate who has animals for this reason. Rent includes uncapped wifi, a Maid once a week & electricity. Parking is on the street. The flat is furnished but you would need to provide your own bed. Deposit of one months rent is required. Normal credit checks will be done on any interested parties.
