305cm x 245cm Lagoona Cabin Tent, sleeps 4 - 5 apparently but I'd say that 2 adults is comfortable, or perhaps 2 adults & a child or two small children at a push. We have upgraded to a larger tent & haven't used this one for a while.  As far as I'm aware it's in good order except for 1 pole that broke & needs to be replaced. We are selling it as is.
