PROJECT MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

PROJECT MANAGER Project Manager required for a 3 year contract for projects in Johannesburg & Pretoria. Requirements: BSc Civil / Construction Management / BSc Land and Property development; Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 3-5 years project management experience in the subsidised to middle income housing market; Good knowledge of the housing code, DOHS subsidy project application process, NHBRC requirements, PDA process and GCC, NEC and JBCC forms of contract would be advantageous.
