60s German DEUTSCHER SCHALLPLATTENCLUB / COLUMBIA Special Edition pressing, release number J 069, of a Holiday concert with HERBERT VON KARAJAN and the LONDON PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA. The record has a very thin scratch-line across tacks 3 and 4 on side 2, otherwise in excellent condition. The cover has ageing stains and ring-wear on the front and to a lesser degree at the back, otherwise in very good shape. The tracks are, SIDE ONE: Schlittschuhläufer, Walzer op. 183 (Waldteufel) / Tritsch-Tratsch Polka, op. 214 (Joh. Strauß, Sohn) / Ouvertüre 'Die diebische Elster' (Rossini) / Espana, Rhapsodie (Chabrier). - SIDE TWO: Ouvertüre zu 'Leichte Kavallerie' (Suppe) / Radetzky-Marsch, op. 228 (Joh. Strauß, Vater) / Unter Donner und Blitz, Polka op. 324 (Joh. Strauß, Sohn) / Ouvertüre zu 'Orpheus in der Unterwelt' (Offenbach).
