The seperate flatlet consists of one bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower and loo, a cozy lounge area, neat kitchenette and a loft area with an additional 4 x single beds. There are two double lock up garages - ample space to park 4 cars, a lovely large garden, a fully fenced property with remote front gate and the house and cottage are both fitted with monitored burglar alarms. There is a glimpse of a sea view and a 400m stroll will take you onto the beach at Aunty's Bay. A lovely, comfortable home with a very warm feel about it.
