I specialise in womans training; in effective body fat loss, shaping and toning, weight management, functional training, endurance and well-being, group exercises and flexibility INDIVIDUAL: Sessions R180 = 1x 1 hour session Sessions R450 = 3x 1 hour sessions Sessions R1800 = 16x 1 hour sessions a month, that is 4x sessions a week!
