Established property holding company based in Stellenbosch has a vacancy for a Senior IT Technician to join their dynamic team Requirements: A+; N+ or equivalent MCSA / MCSE or equivalent 3 years’ experience in Server & Network Management Experience in MDA or Nicor advantageous Duties: Handle overflow and escalated desktop support Fix basic printer support Plan and setup new servers and resolve issues and release updates Setup backup support and reform regular maintenance Setup new email addresses and troubleshoot mail issues Backup and install latest version of software programs Ensure all software licences are up to date Maintain licence allocation information Monitor CCTV server to ensure system is recording Manage all cell phone information and upgrades or cancellations Perform a monthly stocktake on IT Equipment Configure firewall rules and configure network changes Ensure all reports are sent
