They have ample experience in the travel and hospitality industry. They are professionals and have valid PrDPs (Professional Driving Permits). • Our fleet of party buses consist of 14, 16 and 22 seater mini buses - Ventures, VW crafters, Merc Sprinters and our newly converted 20 seater with Limo style seating. All vehichles are 100% roadworthy with valid CoFs (certificate of fitness) and are all covered for full passenger liability (passenger insurance). • We provide the party bus with diesel and a driver. We have music but you are encouranged to bring your own on CD or USB. Drinks and shooters are welcome on the buses provided they are in small soft cooler carriers or in shopping bags / packets. Hard cooler boxes are not permitted on our party buses. • We need an itinerary from you or if you are from out of town or not too sure of the local hotspots in the area you are travelling in, let us know and we will custom make a route for you. • Branding is allowed on the buses at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information. • Complete the QUOTATION FORM online under Contact Us or EMAIL or fax it for us to quote you. We will send you a quote with a booking form. When quote is accepted please return signed booking form with proof of 75% deposit of the total quoted amount. The deposit is non refundable. Should you want to cancel or move the date, a new booking and deposit is needed. • Balance to be paid to driver on pick up on day of hire. If you do not want to carry cash on you, you are welcome to pay the balance before. • Please use your name and date of hire as a reference • PLEASE NOTE: R150 spot fine to any person(s) who are “sick” on the bus. We have to have the bus professionally cleaned if this occurs. • For every hour after the quoted time R150 will be charged. This is to be paid to the driver before the guests leave the bus. • All prices quoted are valid for 1 month. • Once a deposit has been paid, we require 48hrs notice of cancellation of Party Bus Hire. In the event of a cancellation a 75% of your deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is made under 48hrs we will return 50% deposit fee
