'Oppiekoppie' is situated in Kleinbaai, approximately 180km from Cape Town along the East Coast (40km from Hermanus and just beyond Gansbaai). The house is situated along the coast with uninterrupted views of Kleinbaai harbour and the Indian Ocean. The house has a stoep/deck on all sides making for ease & comfort on windy days. There are three bedrooms, one queen & one with two single beds downstairs & one queen upstairs. Fresh linen & bath towels supplied. Please bring your own beach towels. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower & bath with a second separate toilet. The rest of the lower level is open plan with a comfortable sitting room with an open fire place, dining room & fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave etc.) and a sunroom furnished with a sleeper couch. Security is a priority with American Shutters fitted throughout the lower level & burglar bars upstairs together with an armed response alarm system. A once off non-refundable cleaning/linen fee of R890.00 applies to each booking.
