We are in search of an office administrator to perform the following duties: Assisting the Branch Manager Daily banking batch recons Weekly Fuel Recon Filing of Rental Contracts Assisting in debtor cash accounts Claims filing Processing advance payments, refunds and Auth cancellations Petty cash Office stationaryordering Must be computer literate General office admin functions The successful candidate must a valid drivers license and have own transport, cellphone and must be willing to work alternate weekends given the nature of this business.
