NPO URGENTLY LOOKING FOR SMALL HOLDING TO USE AS SAFE HOUSE IN SOUTH AFRICA

We are a professional couple (both in Special Needs Education) that are in the process of starting a safe house for abused, abandoned, and neglected children. Together with our family of 2 daughters and their grandmother, we want to provide a stable, loving home where healing can begin and these children can grow and flourish and be safely re-integrated into society. By working with special needs children on a daily base, we have come to realise that there’s a tremendous need for them to be loved and cared for and as a family we have dedicated ourselves to do our part in society. For this we need to rent, with the option to buy at a later stage, a large home on a “small holding” type plot where children can play, learn, feel safe and at home. Our aim is to show them what family is, teach them how to love, care for others, animals and nature. We need the ground space to grow plants, have pets, play and also for other educational activities. This “home” needs to be situated in or around the Southern Peninsula area.
