MOTORBIKE DRIVER IN SOUTH AFRICA

A Motorbike Driver &Admin Assistant is required by a wholesale and distribution concern in the Jacobs/Clairwood area. The main purpose of this position is to execute driver and general administrative related tasks and functions. Previous experience in deliveries to the port will be advantageous.   Candidates without a valid Motorcycle licence and driving experience will not be shortlisted. Some of the main tasks and responsibilities include: Collecting, loading and delivering of mail, refreshments, cleaning materials, office supplies, stationery etc. Cleaning, washing, inspecting and maintaining of motorcycle/scooter Filing, shredding and administration of documentation General administrative work General office cleaning functions Assisting with the preparation and serving of office refreshments   Minimum Job Requirements: Basic knowledge of document administration Have a valid code A (motorcycle) and B (car) driver’s license – no endorsements Minimum of Grade 10 Proficient in English Presentable and client interaction Not a clock watcher   Must be able to work without supervision but when required work in a team and handle work pressure during busy periods.  Start as soon as possible.   Position will have a 3 month probationary period prior to signing a permanent employment contract.   Salary: R – Rpm (neg) Provident Fund and Group Life cover once permanent.
