MANDARIN OR HINDI SPEAKING TOUR CONSULTANT (CAPE TOWN, IN SOUTH AFRICA

A leading Tour Operator in Century City, Cape Town, wishes to employ an experienced Mandarin or Hindi speaking Tour Consultant to join their international and dynamic team. The company specialises in tour packages and travel arrangements for various Southern and Easter African regions. The right candidate will provide first class service to agents. Key Performance Areas: ·         Maintain client and customer relationships ·         Quote and design creative itineraries and proposals ·         Source and sell alternative services ·         Successfully run groups and tour series ·         Prepare welcome packs ·         Handle the 24hr emergency phone ·         Reconcile supplier invoices for processing ·         Reconcile tour guide expense sheets and check guide salaries ·         Assist in answering complaints Qualifications and Experiences: ·         Min 3 years’ working experience in inbounding   Competencies required: ·         Excellent language skills in Mandarin or Hindi ·         Demonstrated literacy in MS Office applications and quoting essential ·         Experiences with Tour plan is advantageous ·         Sound knowledge of Southern Africa ·         Proficient organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail   If you meet the above requirements and if you are interested in this position, please send your CV in English to
