MANAGER/SOUS CHEF/WAITRONS REQUIRED IN SOUTH AFRICA
We are an expanding group in the Cape Town area and are looking for people that want to join and grow with us!! Requirements for the chef/kitchen manager are below, for other positions please send your CV and a recent picture The requirements for the Manager/Sous Chef -General hands on service approach, -Pro active, The ability to predict the inevitable and think on ones feet. - general daily admin - working day and night shifts, 6 shifts per week (industry standard) - friendy personality - able to work under extreme high pressure, as most of our venues are above averagely busy - A Great Knowledge of food, the ability to turn ideas into reality. - Doing basic orders and rosters with the opportunity to do more -Punctuality and presentation are at an utmost high standard, we do not tolerate any negligence in the position offered. -We would prefer the candidate to live in the CBD area however if the right candidate lives elsewhere we will most definitely consider him/her.
