MACROTELECOMM IS LOOKING FOR A SHARP INBOUND CALL CENTRE IN SOUTH AFRICA
The ideal candidate for this job will be provide an inbound telephonic and electronic service to existing customers with a view to retaining and generating business by providing outstanding customer service. KEY PERFORMANCE AREARS • Provide customer service • Appropriately manage customer queries relating to their purchases and accounts • Ensure that a polite, friendly, efficient and professional service is provided • Handle objections appropriately to ensure that positive results are achieved and enhance customer delight • Effectively deal with difficult queries and customers, avoiding formal complaints • Improve the customer experience and service delivery by providing excellent customer service • Upsell product offering to new & existing customers in line with required performance standards and targets. QUALIFICATIONS • Grade 10 and over (must be a school leaver) EXPERIENCE • None SKILLS AND BEHAVIOUR • Energetic with a positive attitude • Persuasive skills which includes sales ability • Ability to work independently as well as within a team • Excellent telephonic manner REMUNERATION • R p/mm WORKING HOURS • Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm LOCATION • Parktown North, Johannesburg, Gauteng For interview schedules and inquiries please contact us on or via email on
