Machine Shop Process Technician The company is looking for a competent and motivated person who can ensure the machining process’s are optimised and maintained at all times Duties / Responsibilities: · New product development in compliance with customer specifications · Co-ordinate samples in conjunction with Process Engineer · Prove process capabilities of all products, therefore ensuring production buy off Minimum Requirements · Tertiary education in the field of Production (ND or BTech) · Qualified Trade Tested Artisan – Turner Machinist or Tool Maker · At least 7 years CNC Machine working experience in a Manufacturing environment · Previous CNC setter experience essential · Ability to track sample manufacturing process entirely · Working experience and knowledge of Robotics · Understanding of PLC System · Computer literacy essential · Thorough knowledge of entire Machine Shop Process’s Please email your cv to Lisa@enablesa.com
