LOOKING FOR POSITION AS A MAINTENANCE MANAGER/BUILDING IN SOUTH AFRICA

I am a 48 year old male, looking for a position as a Maintenance Manager/Building Manager or Estate Manager, etc. I live in the Milnerton area of Cape Town. I have been working as a plumber since 2009 but I am yet to qualify. I do have a lot of plumbing maintenance experience, as I have worked for plumbing companies and for myself doing plumbing maintenance. I am fit and in very good health. I am hands on and know a lot about general electrical maintenance. I have worked previously in a hotel for around six months as a Maintenance Manager. I have my own transport and I am prepared to travel and work away or work odd hours if the need should arise.
