  I can Supervise all workers and perform daily work projects related to the construction, maintenance and repair work. Managing 22 Buildings. Tenant liaison. Monitor sub-contractors, making sure that, tasks are completed correctly and on schedule. Allocate duties to workers according to their capabilities. Monitor work around site ensuring that it is quality work that will pass required inspections. Reporting of problems or mistakes and make sure they are fixed.  Document the work completed, including hours worked and materials used on each part of the project. Request quotations from suppliers for materials. Submit signed Job Cards to Project Administrator.   Facilitate mandatory safety tool box meetings. Inspection and measurement of completed work. Ensure health and safety is properly implemented. Ensure that all maintenance schedules are signed off.
