Pre-owned, Large Biltong Chamber, m (H) x m (W) x m (D), complete with S/steel drip tray and hanging rails. Has a heavy duty extractor fan, with thermostatically controlled heater elements. This isn't home made. Works exceptionally well. Have Biltong sticks ready in a day and half,,, and big slices in max two and half days. Can load between 100 to 110kg at a time.
