This one bedder flat/studio is situated in Old Kommetjie off Lighthouse Rd, close to the beach and 80metres from the Inner Kom. It is a bedsitter attached to the main house of a quite elderly couple. Although no sea views it is near the beach (walking distance). It is ideal for short stays for a couple or a family with a young child, as has a double bed and a fold out couch, max occupancy 3 people. Open to one night stay overs. Has its own entrance yet shared with main house so can come and go as you please. Amenities: · Great outdoor BBQ/Braai area with open fireplace and a gas BBQ for tenants to use. · Outside entertaining table · Bar fridge, Kettle, Radio · TV · Bathroom with Shower and toilet · Double bed (new mattress with linen provided) · Foldout couch. Kommetjie is beautiful area rated as the top location in Cape Town and very sort after with many nature walks and great watersport activites (surfing,fishing, kiteboarding, windsurfing). There are a handful of great restaurants and takeaways within the area, so will not have to cook and clean. Close to Cape Point nature reserve and only 30 min drive from Cape Town central. Please note this is only available for short term rentals (max 5 days). Cost is R400 per night for up to 3 person max.
