JUNIOR SOFTWARE SUPPORT CONSULTANT IN SOUTH AFRICA
Junior Software Support Consultant (R-R) Technical Software Support Consultant required for dynamic software company in Cape Town. The job will involve remotely assisting clients in managing their business processes and resolving technical queries within our software application suite. The following attributes are required: - Good telephone manner, experience with call logging systems beneficial. - Good understanding of hardware and software environments. - Understanding of databases with a willingness to learn. - General understanding of business processes (accounting, stock control, cash-ups, reporting, etc). - Excellent trouble-shooting skills. - The ability to work individually and within a team. - Effective communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and time constraints. Over and above these qualities we are looking for candidates who have strong technical problem solving logic and the ability to manage themselves.
