On Wednesday 5 November we are STARTING our 6 week P3 FIT Challenge which includes: *8 Functional Fitness Sessions (Wednesdays @ 6pm and Saturdays @ 9am) *Option to join our other sessions on Mon/Tues/Thurs *2 Hikes (Sunday 9 November and Sunday 14 December both starting @ 9am) *1 Park Run (Saturday 29 November @ 8am - 5km run/walk frim Eden on the Bay) *START/FINISH Time Trial *START/FINISH Full Body Analysis *Family & Friends picnic on 16 Decemeber (our P3 style end of year celebration) **All fitness levels are welcome** **STARTS ENDS ** **IF YOU CAN'T MAKE AN EVENT, NO PROBLEM!
