Qualifications and experience: Computer Science or Engineering Degree 6+ years of solid Java Development experience on designing web applications and middleware components Technology requirements: Object-oriented design and development Lead and participate in the analysis, design and development (coding) of client/server business applications Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) (critical) J2EE/JEE standards, Java 1.5+, EJB, JSP technologies Struts and MVC 2/3 framework XML Web Services (REST, SOAP), Maven and Ant, Hibernate and/or EJB3, Struts, Seam CVS/SVN JBoss and Tomcat application servers running in Windows and Linux environments JMS, MQ, ESB (preferably Mule ESB), and SOA SQL UML Design Patterns, Refactoring, Unit Testing Experience of working in a collaborative, team-driven software engineering environment is mandatory.
