INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR A LEADING NATIONAL IN SOUTH AFRICA
A leading national retailer in the building industry is looking for an Internal Sales Representative at Pennypinchers Longbeach. The main purpose of the job is to ensure fast, efficient processing and fulfilling of customer orders, being ever mindful of company standards of appearance and behaviour. The main functional responsibilities are: · Sell, Sell, Sell! Close the deal! · Share your product knowledge to customers · Assisting customers at all times with their building materials requirements · Ensuring that stock levels are maintained at all times · Listening to customer requirements and offering advice/alternatives · Provide professional customer service and follow up service to all · Dealing with customer queries and providing customers with solutions · Taking telephonic orders · Ensuring that all non-stock items are quoted on and purchased in accordance with Pennypinchers buying policy · Ensuring that agreed delivery times are met · Assisting with loading of customer goods when required Minimum Requirements: · Matric · 3 years retail sales experience, in building/construction environment.
