JHG Personnel Practitioners, a well-established consultancy firm situated in Bellville, requires the services of a HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (JUNIOR POSITION) This challenging career opportunity is on offer to a result driven HR Generalist with excellent interpersonal skills. Prerequisites for appointment: · A relevant diploma or B. degree · Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in an HR environment. · Proven knowledge of HR practices and Labour legislation · Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) · Bilingualism · Impeccable writing abilities · Attention-to-detail · Own transport · Non-smoker Duties will include, but are not limited to: · Pro-active assistance to Line Management with HR services · HR Administration · Recruitment · Appointment administration · Industrial Relations (advise in terms of disciplinary and grievance procedures) · Management of attendance · Skills Development · Employment Equity Management · Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Remuneration is commensurate with experience.
