HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

My Client in the East Rand requires an Experienced, Talented, Hardworking and qualified HR Manager. Preferably a mature AA candidate from Age 35 and above. Open for both Genders.   ·         Grade 12 or equivalent ·         A 3-Year diploma or degree in HR Management or equivalent. ·         4 Years-experience in an HR business environment, with a minimum of 2 years proven supervisory skills ·         Advanced computer literacy in MS Office and proven knowledge of HR and Payroll information system. ·         Proven application of labour legislation, i.e. BCEA, EEA and LRA ·         Attention to detail, excellent time management, planning, coordinating and prioritising skills ·         Excellent negotiation, liaison and administrative skills ·         The ability to work well under pressure, within set guidelines and adhere to deadlines ·         Knowledge of at least one African language ·         Excellent telephonic, verbal and written communication skills across all levels ·         Independent, self-motivated, proactive thinking individual ·         Ability to do own job planning and function independently and prioritize tasks effectively ·         A high level of multiskilling, flexibility and confident individual ·         Results-driven with high customer focus ·         Excellent interpersonal skills ·         Assertiveness, conflict handling and problem-solving skills ·         Ability to work on own initiative   Email your CV to
