We are looking for a single person who is prepared to share, with the owner-couple, a house in Cotswold Extension in Port Elizabeth as of 1 November 2020. The successful applicant must be at ease sharing the house. She or he will have the main (most spacious) bedroom and must have her or his own bedroom furniture, and will share a bathroom and common areas (kitchen, living room and dining room) with the owner-couple. The owner-couple are already in their own bedroom and will use the third bedroom as a study, and will of course have use the bathroom and the common areas when they come home on weekends and ocassionally on weekdays.
