Eastlake Island is a very secure area of the marina with next to no crime. Lovely entertainment porch / braai / pool / lake area. The house is fully equipped and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main en suite / shower in second bathroom), kitchen, open-plan lounge/dining room. All rooms have a veiw of pool and lake. There is uncapped wi-fi and DSTV. There is a single lock up garage and off street parking for several cars. Just 1 km from Muizenberg beach with its white sands and warm waters. The V&A Waterfront is a 25 minutes away and the Winelands of Stellenbosch are 45 minutes away. With meandering coastlines, pristine beaches and beautiful scenic drives, the False Bay coast is a favourite destination. Smoking is not allowed inside please. Unsuitable for children under 10 and anyone who can't swim (there is water everywhere - good idea to be able to swim here.
